Clarity & Transparency
We believe that every aspect of the translation process should be clearly visible and comprehensible to everyone involved. There are a daunting number of providers that currently offer language services and finding the right one can be a confusing and frustrating process. It doesn’t need to be.
Throughout the project, clients will always be able to communicate directly with the translator with any questions, concerns, or requests. Payment and terms will be discussed and agreed upon at the start and there will never be any surprise additional fees.
Professional Integrity
Machine translation has no place at Parlavanti. All projects are performed by a competent, qualified translator with the assistance of specialized CAT software (Computer-Assisted Translation) when possible. CAT tools enable the translator to increase efficiency and consistency and decrease turnaround time. For those who are interested, my personal preference is SDL Trados Studio.
Personalization
Every translation is unique, and every individual has specific needs and a special point of view. We will offer professional advice, but the you have the final word on the formatting, design, and layout of the document. And you have the right to choose how involved you want to be in the process from beginning to end.
